Portal access
Our portal gives you access to a neighbourhood where you can post, order, request and vote on things yourself. We keep track of what you have done and when, so it is demonstrable.
To do this, we use your name, position, payment details (from your organisation), actual address, IP address, phone number, date of registration, e-mail address and email address. We need these because of the performance of the agreement we have concluded with your organisation. We keep this information until the end of our service to you.
Applications
We will treat your application for one of our vacancies and the documents, including your CV, that you send us with due care and strict confidentiality. According to the recruitment procedure, we may have to remove you from the relevant vacancy. In such cases, we will keep your data in our database for a period of one year for the possible inclusion of new vacancies and/or vacancies with our organisation. For this extended application, we ask for your support. After the end of the year, we can always ask you again if we can keep your data in our database for another year, so that we can inform you about the application procedures for new vacancies and/or positions with our organisation. If you do not comply with this request, we will cancel your application until the relevant application procedure is completed.
Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics on the use of our organisation's website. We use these statistics to improve our website so that we can only display relevant information.
